3 Month Consultation
  • 1 Lactate Threshold Test at the beginning of the training period.
  • CCNS will establish a day to day training plan based off of the schedule given from the client and the client’s Lactate Threshold Test results. This is a one time consultation that provides a great plan and outline for an athlete that is confident in his or her own knowledge to manipulate their own training plan as needed if a schedule conflict should arise.

Meet the Head Coach

Coach Aidan Charles is a 2006 Graduate of Mary Washington University, with a B.S. in Biology with concentrations in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. Prior to becoming the Owner and Head Coach of the CCNS Performance Center, he spent portions of his athletic career racing professionally and internationally for the Nerac Pro Cycling team and the USA National Team. He is still a successful Category 1 Road Racer (current Connecticut State Road Race Champion) and is Team Captain of the HurleyMetalFab.com / CCNS Elite Cycling Team. Aidan has coached athletes to numerous athletic titles, including over 10 National Championship victories. He has also consulted various varsity and non-varsity collegiate athletic programs (including Mary Washington, Yale, and Wesleyan Universities) on training program periodization and methodology. Aidan enjoys helping all levels of athletes, from the beginner to the professional level, in a variety of endurance sports, including Cycling, Running, Rowing, and Multi-sport.
